For most of us living here in Utah it is hard to believe spring is here due to all the snow, but the calendar says it's true. Historically spring means the busiest time in the real estate market and those of us in the business certainly hope that is true. The winter has been slow overall, even slower than normal, and this should lead to some pent-up demand. That being said, most of us are still feeling a little pressure from the current state of the economy so maybe some positive words may help.
